Phase II of URCA

As most of you are aware, the URCA (Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Conference) took place last week. It was a wonderful event, with many informative and visually attractive posters on display. As many of you did not get a chance to get to the Ferguson Center to see the posters, we are going to stage a showing here of the ones generated by Anthropology students. They will be set up in Room 10, the Graduate Reading Room, starting this Thursday (April 7) and will be on view until Friday, April 15. Every major, minor, graduate student, faculty, and staff member will get to decide on the best poster. Y’all get one vote. Please register with Ms. Sartain in the main office and she will give you a ballot. Then, simply return it to her with your vote after you have viewed the posters.
The winner will be determined Friday, April 15 by 4 p.m. There will be a prize of $75 and the winning poster will be mounted and put on exhibit in the main hall of the Ground Floor at ten Hoor for the entire 2016-17 academic year.
