Dr. Marysia Galbraith was selected by the the Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences in America (PIASA) as the recipient of the 2017 Bronislaw Malinowski Social Science Award for her book Being and Becoming European in Poland: European Integration and Self-Identity. She traveled to Krakow, Poland in June to receive the award and to be the honored guest at the PIASA banquet.
