Our Doctoral student Nikki Henderson won the Society for Anthropological Sciences award to attend the recent joint meeting with the Society for Applied Anthropology. Only two students received this honor. Nikki organized a session at the conference and presented the paper, “Consensus and Contention in Cultural Models of Substance Use / Misuse in the US and Brazil.” Congratulations Nikki!
