Dr. Josefa Salmón Lecture

Josefa Salmón, a leading figure in Bolivian Studies, is coming to UA on February 4th at 4:00 p.m. in B.B. Comer 241 to give a talk about the need to redefine intellectual identities in Latin America, so that they include Indigenous knowledge as well. Her talk is inspired by a series of interviews and an anthology she recently published. The talk will be followed by a short reception.

Latin American, Caribbean and Latino Studies is sponsoring the talk. The attached flyer has all the information, as well as a brief description of her talk.
